Ultimate Addons for Elementor <= 2.9.1 - Authenticated (Contributor+) Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Navigation Menu Widget data-toggle-icon/data-close-icon Attributes

The Ultimate Addons for Elementor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Navigation Menu Widget data-toggle-icon/data-close-icon Attributes in all versions up to, and including, 2.9.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. wp_kses_post, applied on save for users without unfiltered_html, does not neutralize HTML-entity-encoded payloads stored inside data-* attributes on kses-allowed elements, as the browser decodes these values client-side before jQuery .html() renders them as markup.

libmongocrypt Improper Input Validation Leading to Process Termination

An authenticated user with standard read/write privileges can cause the mongod process to terminate due to an out-of-memory condition by sending a crafted aggregation command. MongoDB's libmongocrypt library insufficiently validates payload-supplied values, which can result in an excessively large memory allocation.

Ansible-lightspeed: visual studio code ansible lightspeed extension: arbitrary code execution via malicious playbook filename

A flaw was found in the Visual Studio Code Ansible Lightspeed extension's AnsiblePlaybookRunProvider. This command injection vulnerability allows an attacker to craft a malicious playbook filename containing special characters. When a victim runs the playbook, these characters are not properly sanitized, leading to the execution of arbitrary code with the privileges of the user running VS Code. This could result in a full system compromise, including the exfiltration of sensitive data, modification of project files, and permanent data loss.

tlsCATrusts Role Restriction Not Enforced via PROXY Protocol v2 on Unix Domain Socket

When PROXY protocol v2 is used on the Unix domain socket path, roles derived from X.509 client certificates may not be validated against the configured tlsCATrusts allow-list. This can result in unintended role assignments following MONGODB-X509 authentication. Affected scenarios require local access to the proxy Unix domain socket and a valid X.509 certificate issued by a trusted certificate authority.

MongoDB Aggregation Command Invariant Assertion Failure Leading to Process Termination

An authenticated user with read-only privileges can cause the mongod process to terminate abnormally by issuing a crafted aggregation command, resulting in denial of service for all connected clients until the process is restarted. The issue stems from an internal engine selection inconsistency triggered by a specific combination of aggregation options.
