Cisco RoomOS Security Hardening Release - Exceptional Conditions Handling Vulnerabilities

As part of Cisco's ongoing commitment to proactive security and product quality, the Cisco RoomOS engineering team has conducted a comprehensive internal security review. Grav before 2.0.4 Improper Session Invalidation JWT Access Tokens

The Grav API plugin (getgrav/grav-plugin-api) before 2.0.4 contains an improper session invalidation vulnerability where JWT access tokens are issued without a jti (JWT ID) claim and therefore cannot be revoked server-side. Unlike refresh tokens, access tokens remain valid for their full lifetime (default 1 hour) regardless of logout, password change, new token issuance, or account disablement. An attacker who has stolen an access token retains full API access until the token naturally expires.

Cursor: Cloud Agent Browser Sandbox Escape

Cursor is a code editor built for programming with AI. Prior to the Cloud Agent fix on 03/31/2026, browser-enabled Cursor Cloud Agent sessions allowed attacker-controlled web content to connect from inside the agent container to an unauthenticated local agent endpoint, enabling code execution within the affected Cloud Agent sandbox or session and access to files, repository contents, environment variables, credentials, and GitHub App access tokens available to that session. This issue was fixed on 03/31/2026 by requiring authentication for the relevant agent endpoint.

Wekan: OIDC Account Takeover via Unconditional Email-Based Account Merge in onCreateUser hook

Wekan is open source kanban built with Meteor. Prior to 9.32, the Wekan Accounts.onCreateUser hook in server/models/users.js merges OIDC logins into existing accounts when the OIDC email or username matches an existing Wekan user, without verifying ownership or checking email_verified. An attacker using an OIDC provider account with a victim's email or username can cause Wekan to merge the attacker's OIDC credentials into the victim account and then log in as that account. This issue is fixed in version 9.32.

ERPNext: Server-Side Template Injection (SSTI) in Batch autonaming via Stock Settings.naming_series_prefix

ERPNext is a free and open source Enterprise Resource Planning tool. Prior to 15.111.0 and 16.22.0, an authenticated user with a standard operational role can trigger server-side template injection through a configuration field, resulting in unauthorized disclosure of data outside the user's normal permission scope. Better Auth: Server-side request forgery via unvalidated OIDC endpoints on @better-auth/sso provider registration

Better Auth is an authentication and authorization library for TypeScript. Prior to 1.6.11, the @better-auth/sso plugin's POST /sso/register and POST /sso/update-provider endpoints accept attacker-controlled oidcConfig.userInfoEndpoint, tokenEndpoint, and jwksEndpoint URLs when skipDiscovery: true is set, store them on the ssoProvider row without origin validation, and fetch them during OIDC callback, allowing non-blind server-side request forgery and possible account linking when trustEmailVerified: true is configured. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.11.

Shibboleth < 2.5.4 - Unauthenticated Administrator Account Creation via Identity Header Spoofing

The Shibboleth WordPress plugin before 2.5.4 does not fail closed when its HTTP header identity mode is enabled without an anti-spoofing key, treating any request that carries identity headers as an authenticated session without verifying them. On a deployment where untrusted client headers reach the application, an unauthenticated attacker can log in with forged identity headers and, when automatic account creation and the default administrator role mapping are enabled, create and sign in as a new administrator. Exploitation requires the non-default HTTP header attribute mode, an empty or absent spoof key, automatic account creation enabled, and a deployment that does not strip untrusted client headers before they reach the application.

LightRAG: CORS Wildcard + Credentials Enables Any-Origin Credentialed Requests

LightRAG provides simple and fast retrieval-augmented generation. Prior to 1.5.4, the server defaults to CORS_ORIGINS=* combined with allow_credentials=True in lightrag/api/lightrag_server.py, causing Starlette CORSMiddleware to effectively whitelist every origin for credentialed cross-origin requests. Any malicious website visited by an authenticated LightRAG user can silently make authenticated API requests, exfiltrating documents and knowledge graph data or performing destructive actions such as deleting the document store. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.5.4.
