As a result, the unauthorized attacker could access the SQL Server and disclose, tamper with, or destroy data on the server, potentially cause a denial-of-service (DoS) condition on the system.

Hono has a middleware bypass via repeated slashes in serveStatic

Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. Prior to 4.12.12, a path handling inconsistency in serveStatic allows protected static files to be accessed by using repeated slashes (//) in the request path. When route-based middleware (e.g., /admin/*) is used for authorization, the router may not match paths containing repeated slashes, while serveStatic resolves them as normalized paths. This can lead to a middleware bypass. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.12.12.

Sleuth Kit APFS Keybag Parser Out-of-Bounds Read

The Sleuth Kit through 4.14.0 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the APFS filesystem keybag parser where the wrapped_key_parser class follows attacker-controlled length fields without bounds checking, causing heap reads past the allocated buffer. An attacker can craft a malicious APFS disk image that triggers information disclosure or crashes when processed by any Sleuth Kit tool that parses APFS volumes.

A new API endpoint introduced in pretix 2025 that is …

A new API endpoint introduced in pretix 2025 that is supposed to return all check-in events of a specific event in fact returns all check-in events belonging to the respective organizer. This allows an API consumer to access information for all other events under the same organizer, even those they should not have access to. These records contain information on the time and result of every ticket scan as well as the ID of the matched ticket. Example: { "id": 123, "successful": true, "error_reason": null, "error_explanation": null, "position": 321, "datetime": "2020-08-23T09:00:00+02:00", "list": 456, "created": "2020-08-23T09:00:00+02:00", "auto_checked_in": false, "gate": null, "device": 1, "device_id": 1, "type": "entry" } An unauthorized user usually has no way to match these IDs (position) back to individual people.

Fleet Affected by Local Privilege Escalation via Tcl Command Injection in Orbit

Fleet is open source device management software. Prior to 4.81.1, the Orbit agent's FileVault disk encryption key rotation flow on collects a local user's password via a GUI dialog and interpolates it directly into a Tcl/expect script executed via exec.Command("expect", "-c", script). Because the password is inserted into Tcl brace-quoted send {%s}, a password containing } terminates the literal and injects arbitrary Tcl commands. Since Orbit runs as root, this allows a local unprivileged user to escalate to root privileges. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.81.1.
