Logto: TOTP code can be replayed within the RFC 6238 validity window (one-time use violation)

Logto is the modern, open-source auth infrastructure for SaaS and AI apps. Prior to 1.41.0, Logto's existing TOTP verification accepted a successfully used TOTP code again while the code remained inside the RFC 6238 acceptance window because the verifier used otplib's stateless check with window = 1 and did not persist or compare the accepted TOTP time-step counter. An attacker who has the victim's first factor and captures a live TOTP value can replay that value to satisfy MFA during the same acceptance window. This issue is fixed in version 1.41.0.

OS Command Injection in R-SOFT DMS

R-SOFT DMS is vulnerable to OS Command Injection in the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) module. Multiple command execution functions accept user-controllable file paths without proper sanitization before passing them to the system shell via SSH. In current infrastructure the URL encoding neutralizes the injection during the standard web upload flow. An authenticated attacker who is able to trigger the OCR functionality for the uploaded file can execute OS commands within the context of a root user. This issue was fixed in version v3.19-2862 and v3.17-2580.

Snipe-IT: Open Redirect After User Edit

Snipe-IT is an IT asset/license management system. Prior to 8.6.2, the user edit flow stores url()->previous() from the attacker-controlled Referer header into Laravel’s intended URL session value and later uses redirect()->intended(...) when redirect_option=back is submitted, allowing Snipe-IT to be used as a trusted redirector after a legitimate user edit action. This issue is fixed in version 8.6.2.

halo-dev halo Theme Installation ThemeUtils.java ThemeUtils.unzipThemeTo path traversal

A vulnerability was identified in halo-dev halo up to 2.24.2. This affects the function ThemeUtils.unzipThemeTo of the file ThemeUtils.java of the component Theme Installation. Such manipulation of the argument metadata.name leads to path traversal. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. The project closed the issue as "duplicate" but did not reference any other issue, report, or CVE.

Misskey: TOTP tokens can be reused

Misskey is an open source, federated social media platform. Prior to 2026.6.0, Misskey contains a vulnerability in Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) authentication in UserAuthService where insufficient validation of used tokens allows the reuse of a single-use code within its valid time step. If both credentials and a TOTP code are obtained concurrently, an attacker may reuse the code to perform unauthorized actions, potentially leading to account takeover. This issue is fixed in version 2026.6.0.
